If you're tank or healer, you have to know game mechanics. Who to heal, when to heal, when to start dodging attacks, and when to run away. That's y a raid group will very picky on whoever joins the raid and will say your equipment is too low and kick you out😅.

I think a better term would be raid progression as the mechanics of the game refers more to the programming that makes the physics possible.

Let's talk about the fight scene.
As early as 2:47 - 2:51, the Baby Carp Beast shows intelligence again with a sweeping feint to force the two Grunts into splitting up and dodging his attack. Then his 2nd weapon strikes one of them, he catches the other with hand and almost ate him.

Then when Han Li sneaked a barrage of Magic Scrolls attacks on him after the Sanniang and her grunts trapped him with the Magic Formation, he used the explosions caused by Han Li as smokescreen to reveal a new trick, a far more powerful move than everything he showed while everyone is stuck on the ground to OHKO a guy.

Woman noticed first, stopped maintaining the formation, so when the Baby Carp made the formation exploded, she probably took least damage.

When everyone got blown off and are offbalanced, the monster starts going machine gun with the killer move its been hiding. This trickery/tactic actually let him took 3 guys down. He's probably not going to get 3 people down so quickly if he used it at first - Again, intelligence shown

Han Li and the group again show distrust. When they make the formation that has a barrier, you can see Han Li tried to enter but was blocked out around 4:40.

Later, Han Li didn't have a choice but to work with them because he wouldn't be able to beat it with just Qu Hun. But he literally kept them hostage in his Magic Formation - The Formation is created by him, so if Sanniang tries to betray him, he's probably going to detonate his formation and blow off the mist.

Sanniang probably knew so she cooperated with him. Sure, they defeated the Baby Carp, for now, Han Li has nothing to worry from Sanniang - She and her gang are exhausted in the battle while Han Li and Qu Hun only used their own powers like twice in the battle, the rest are all cheap consummables.

You can say everyone's at around 30-40%, Han Li and Qu Hun at 99%.
Wu Chou recognized the Skills Qu Hun saw and hijacked the Monster Core, we'll see where they go. Han Li is supposed to be strong enough to beat a regular Core Formation with Qu Hun's help but he's not supposed to have what it takes to down a powerful one like Wu Chou

My only guess is Wu Chou ended up in a fight with Wang Ning's parents and the Six-Chains Sanctums' elders, Han Li ran away in the chaos, rescued the loli Wang Ning and be forever accused of being a lolicon, then gets chased by a Core Formation, pulled an Uno reversal using the Most Terrible Ultimates that must not be mentioned, but I'm mentioning it anyways: Run Han Li Run

Then the unlucky Core Formation flew face first into the Great Wall of Plot Armors and die with regrets.

Because everyone was getting attacked by the Baby Carp Beast's Water Star God Thunder attacks. Han Li was attacked too.

They form a barrier, everyone gets protected, if Han Li don't run inside, he'll be the easiest target. Remember, just because he is higher level than the rest, doesn't make him able to survive the attack. He's not a real Core Formation Cultivator yet.

Plus before that, Han Li was already starting to help them. Yes, he was being cheap, but he was still helping them. After the shield was up and after Han Li made an emergency turn from flying in a straight line towards the shield, he stood there and watched the Baby Carp Beast demolish their shields when it was the best opportunity to sneak attack the thing.

Remember that by Game standards, Han Li is versatile heavy hitter + Controller while Qu Hun is more of a physical Tank and physical heavy hitter. He paused there and only waited until Feng Sanniang and her goons are in trouble, then he steps in and use them as bait + Hold them hostage with his Formation.

That was worsening of the distrust both sides already had. He told Feng Sanniang that his formation can release a burst of winds that can dispel the mist. This is not just talking plans, this is blatant threat: My Formation can release gust of wind keyword: My Formation. It is under his control. He allowed her some user rights.

The woman also realized and took out a treasure that geniunely helped Han Li. Then Han Li starts to fight back properly and took out the monster under a minute!

There's a reason why the Core Formations and a Nascent Soul Level being present are impressed.

True that. Its the same word just translated differently. For example Dan is pill, medicine pellet, alchemy and core. A "jin dan" is a "golden core" level expert = very powerful. So a "false core" or "false dan" could also be translated as "fake pill".
The most annoying and common mistransation I see in other cultivation donghuas is: "ling shi" (spiritual stones) being translated as "snacks" or "tasty snacks"
Its hilarious to see people fighting, arguing, killing or competing for "tasty snacks" - but that gets very old, very quickly!

This episode you can see obviously that Han Li and Qu Hun are the ones that is on the right level to fight this monster. They made a point to show the bangles/bracelet on Wang Ning's wrist. Must be important. The ending theme seem to show Wang Ning falling from a portal into Han Li's arms. She's a Qi Refining Cultivator, there's no way she have Teleportation powers. So my guess is that's a magic item given by her parents to protect her.

The Extreme Yin Island and Anti-Star Palace rebellion is probably going to start. I think next is Wang Ning's parents died fighting the enemy (Anyones see backstab coming?)

Then Han Li is probably going to get his first Core Stage Cultivator kill in the next few episodes... we're getting close to the Start of the Donghua where you see Han Li soloing a 7th Tier Neptune Beast. If you go back to look at the 1st episode, you can start to see that the Tier 6 Baby Carp Fiend has some intelligence while fighting the Tier 7 Neptune Beast is like fighting another person.

It has been a long time since I read the novel but if I am not mistaken, Wang Ning is something like a hot potato. She has some kind of talent/special body type that makes her extremely valuable to evil cultivators as the perfect dual cultivation vessel.

The 1st episode of FANREN XIU XIAN CHUAN ZHI FANREN FENG QI TIAN you will see Han Li fighting against an adult carp though I know all of you already watched it but I think it's worth the revisit after this episode since you only have to watch like the 1st 5 minutes .

I guess next episode will be the battle between Han Li and core formation.
